worst app ever

Inkling is one of the worst applications Ive ever used. It crashes on a daily basis for me. I have their support email address saved because I literally have to email them every other day for log in issues. They have no customer service phone number (no phone number at all) so you cant call and talk to anyone-you just have to wait for someone to email you back. If you have more than one textbook on their website you have to search for things individually (on the old website you could enter in a search term and search all of the books you owned; now you have to open each one individually). Again, application/website crashes all the time.
